Flathead Waters Cleanup is a Flathead Basin wide event bringing together agencies, organizations, and community members in an all-day volunteer event to clean up trash and celebrate the region’s incredible waterways.

The 2026 Flathead Waters Cleanup will take place on Saturday, August 8th – mark your calendars! The cleanup itself will occur between 9 AM and 3 PM. After-Party & Prize Giveaway - 4 PM to 6 PM. After the cleanup, join us for food, drinks, and chances to win amazing prizes!

Volunteers can sign us as individuals, families, or teams to clean up trash in any river, lake, creek, pond, or wetland in the region.
